New 2026-10-09: this page didn’t exist before — per-customer price overrides are a genuine feature on top of pricing groups, not something you had to work around with a one-customer group.
On top of the pricing group a customer is assigned to, you can set an exception for a specific product and that one customer, without creating or changing a whole pricing group.

Before you begin

Any team member can set a customer price override.

Set an override

  1. Open the customer’s record and go to the Pricing tab.
  2. Choose the product, then choose what kind of override it is:
    • Fixed price — charge this customer an exact amount for this product.
    • Percentage — a discount or markup off the price their pricing group would otherwise resolve to.
    • Hidden — hide this product from this customer specifically, even though their pricing group includes it.
    • Inherit — sell this customer a product at their pricing group’s price, even if that product isn’t actually in their pricing group.
  3. Save.

How an override interacts with the pricing group

An override always wins. If one exists for a product and customer, it’s used instead of whatever their pricing group would otherwise resolve to — see How FikaTrade chooses a price for exactly where this sits in the full sequence.

Turning a customer’s overrides into a pricing group

If a customer has built up enough individual overrides that they’d be better served by their own pricing group, there’s a Promote action that turns their current overrides into a new, standalone pricing group you can then manage normally.
