View and find orders

Go to Orders to see every order placed with your business.

Before you begin

Any team member can view orders — there’s no role restriction on viewing.

The order list

Each row shows the order ID, status, total, customer, delivery date, delivery run, and when it was created. You can:

• Search by order ID or customer name
• Filter by status (Placed, Accepted, Paid, Payment failed, Cancelled, Denied) or customer
• Sort by any column shown
• Select multiple orders to bulk-delete them

If no orders match your filters, or you have no orders yet, the list shows an empty state.

Open an order

Select an order to see its full detail — line items, totals, customer and status — and to take action on it. See Review an order.
