FikaTrade needs to know which Xero records each part of an invoice corresponds to. Here’s what’s actually configurable, and what isn’t.

Sales account

Each product can be assigned a Sales account, which is sent to Xero as the account code on that product’s invoice line — see Product codes and tax settings.
FikaTrade doesn’t pull your chart of accounts from Xero automatically. When you set up a sales account in FikaTrade, you need to type in the exact code as it appears in your Xero chart of accounts yourself.
If a product has no sales account set, its Xero invoice line is created without one.

Customer contact

There’s no contact-mapping step to configure. FikaTrade sends the customer’s business name and the order-placer’s email to Xero along with each invoice; matching or creating the Xero contact from that is handled entirely on Xero’s side, not FikaTrade’s.

Tax code

Each product’s tax setting (see Product codes and tax settings) is translated to a corresponding Xero tax type automatically. This mapping is fixed and isn’t something you can configure — there’s no tax-mapping screen.

Currency

All invoices are sent to Xero in Australian dollars. There’s no currency setting.
