Verification email not received

What it means: you can’t sign in until you’ve verified your email — this step is mandatory. What to check: your spam or junk folder. What to do: request a new verification email if it doesn’t turn up. Who needs to act: you.

Team member did not receive their invitation

What it means: the invite email didn’t arrive, or the link has expired. What to check: ask them to check spam first. What to do:
  1. If they still have the invite link, they can select Send a new invite email on that page.
  2. If not, a supplier administrator can create a new invite for them from Settings → Users.
Who needs to act: a supplier administrator, or the invited person themselves. Related guide: Invite and manage team members

Cannot access company settings or team management

What it means: these areas require supplier administrator access — team members (Employees) can’t reach them. What to check: which role you were given when invited. What to do: ask a supplier administrator to either make the change for you, or change your role to Admin (supplier administrator) — note that a role can only be changed while an invite is still pending, not after it’s been accepted. Who needs to act: a supplier administrator. Related guide: Invite and manage team members
