Each order on a delivery run has its own delivery status, which you record manually once the delivery outcome is known.

Before you begin

Recording or viewing delivery status requires a supplier administrator account.

Steps

  1. Open the order’s delivery run, and select Add proof (or View proof if a status has already been recorded) next to the order.
  2. Enter a Recipient name and, if not already filled in from the run, a Driver name.
  3. Add any Notes.
  4. Set the StatusAwaiting dispatch, Out for delivery, Delivered, or Failed.
  5. Save.

What’s captured

FikaTrade records a recipient name, driver name, notes and a status. There’s no photo, signature or GPS capture — if your delivery process needs proof beyond this, it currently needs to be kept outside FikaTrade.

Once delivered or failed

Delivered and Failed are final — once set, a delivery status can’t be changed back to Awaiting dispatch or Out for delivery, and there’s no “redelivery” action to record a further attempt. If a status was recorded in error, contact FikaTrade support.

What your customer sees

Your customer can see the order’s delivery date, delivery instructions, and the delivery status badge on their own order. They can’t open the full delivery details (recipient name, driver, notes) — that view is only available to your team.
