Favourites is a shortlist of the products your business buys regularly, so you can reorder without searching the whole catalogue.
New 2026-10-17: Favourites has been live since August 2026 but wasn’t documented until now.

Save a favourite

Select the heart on a product card or product page. Select it again to remove the product from your favourites. Favourites belong to your business, not just you — everyone on your team who orders from this supplier sees the same list.

Use your favourites

Select Favourites in the shop’s category list. It’s the normal shop, showing only your saved products, with the usual quantity controls and Add to cart. You can search within your favourites too. Favourites always show the product’s current price and availability. If your supplier changes a price or stops selling a product, that’s reflected here straight away — a favourite never lets you order something that isn’t currently available to you. A product your supplier removes disappears from your favourites. If you haven’t saved anything yet, you’ll see a prompt to open a product and save it.
