Where to find it
- The bell icon in the sidebar shows an unread count and opens a quick list in a popover.
- Select Inbox in the sidebar for the full page, with All, Updates and Invitations tabs.
What you’ll actually see here
As a customer, this is mostly PayTo agreement updates — a request sent to your bank, authorised, rejected, or cancelled — plus any team invitations for your company, shown under their own tab.You won’t see a notification for a payment succeeding or failing, or for an order changing status (Placed, Accepted, Denied, Cancelled). Check your order or invoice directly, and see Resolve a failed payment for what to do if a payment doesn’t go through — FikaTrade doesn’t alert you to it.
