You can’t sign up for FikaTrade as a customer yourself — access is by invitation from your supplier.

Before you begin

You’ll need the invitation email from your supplier.

Accept your invitation

  1. Open the invitation link your supplier sent you.
  2. Verify your email, if prompted.
  3. Set a password to finish creating your login.
Once that’s done, you’re signed in and taken straight to your supplier’s shop — there’s no separate setup step to complete first.

Signing in later

FikaTrade has one login for everyone, whether you’re a customer or a supplier — go to the FikaTrade login page and sign in with your email and password.

If you land on a “FikaTrade is for suppliers” page

If you ever reach a sign-up screen that asks you to choose between “Supplier” and something like “Venue,” and you’re not setting up your own supplier business, don’t select Supplier — that path is for wholesalers, not for businesses ordering from one. Selecting the other option there just signs you out; it doesn’t create a customer account. The only way to get customer access is an invitation from your supplier.

Common issues

  • Invitation link expired — most invite pages offer a “Send a new invite email” option; if not, ask your supplier to resend it.
  • You already have a FikaTrade account — sign in with your existing login rather than creating a new one; if you’re not sure, use “Already have an account?” on the invite page.
