Order history

The list shows every order placed by anyone on your team for that supplier — not just your own. Open an order to see its products, quantities, prices and status in full detail on one screen; there’s no separate invoice page.

Order statuses

An order that hasn’t reached Paid yet doesn’t necessarily mean payment is still in progress — an initial payment attempt that doesn’t succeed isn’t shown as a distinct status here. See Payment statuses for the full explanation.

Delivery status

If your order is being delivered, its detail page also shows a separate delivery status badge (Awaiting dispatch, Out for delivery, Delivered, or Failed) alongside the delivery date and any delivery instructions. This is independent of the order status above — an order can be Paid while its delivery status is still Awaiting dispatch. Selecting the badge opens further delivery detail, though some of that detail is only available to your supplier’s team, not to you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself while it’s still Placed. Once it’s been accepted (or has an invoice), you can no longer cancel it from FikaTrade — contact your supplier directly. You can’t decline or reject an order yourself — that’s only something your supplier can do, which is why an order might show as Denied.
