If you buy from a business that uses FikaTrade, you order, track and manage your account with that supplier through FikaTrade.

Your relationship with a supplier

FikaTrade doesn’t work like a marketplace where you browse many businesses in one place. Each supplier you buy from is a separate relationship — you access their ordering experience directly, browse only their products, and place orders with them specifically.

What you can generally do

  • Browse the products a supplier has made available to your business, at your pricing
  • Add products to a cart and place an order
  • View your order history and check an order’s status
  • Manage your company’s details and who on your team has access
  • Manage a payment method and view invoices — see Payments and invoices overview

The experience is supplier-branded

When you’re ordering from a supplier, you’ll see their logo and branding, not FikaTrade’s. It’s still FikaTrade underneath, but the look and feel is set by the supplier you’re buying from.

Where things live

When you need your supplier’s help

Some things about your account are set by your supplier, not by you — for example, your pricing and which products you can order. If something looks wrong or you need a change to those, contact your supplier directly rather than looking for a setting to change yourself.
