Invitation email not received

What it means: you can’t create a FikaTrade account yourself — access only comes from a supplier’s invitation. What to check: your spam or junk folder. What to do: ask your supplier to resend the invitation. Who needs to act: your supplier. What it means: invitation links don’t stay valid indefinitely. What to do: most invite pages offer a Send a new invite email option — use that, or ask your supplier to send a new invitation. Who needs to act: you, or your supplier.

I already have a FikaTrade account

What it means: you may already have a login from another supplier relationship. What to do: sign in with your existing login instead of creating a new one — use Already have an account? on the invite page. Who needs to act: you.

Cannot sign in

What to check: you’re using the correct email and password. FikaTrade has one login for everyone, whether you’re a customer or a supplier. What to do: use the password reset option on the login page. Who needs to act: you.

Can’t find a supplier’s shop

What it means: there’s no in-app list of the suppliers you buy from — each one is only reachable via its own link. What to do: use the original invitation email or a bookmark for that supplier. If you’ve lost it, contact that supplier directly. Who needs to act: your supplier. Related guide: Access a supplier

Can’t manage who has access to our account

What it means: inviting or removing team members requires the Admin (customer administrator) role on your account — a team member without it can’t manage users. What to do: ask someone with the Admin (customer administrator) role on your account, or your supplier, to make the change. Who needs to act: your account’s customer administrator, or your supplier.
