# Supplier setup checklist

> What to complete before your business processes live orders through FikaTrade.

Use this checklist to confirm your business is ready to start processing live orders through FikaTrade.

## Required

* [ ] Supplier account created and email verified — see [Create or access your supplier account](/supplier-guide/getting-started/create-or-access-your-account)
* [ ] Company details completed (company name, phone number, ABN) — see [Set up your company](/supplier-guide/getting-started/set-up-your-company)
* [ ] At least one customer added — see [Add a customer](/supplier-guide/customers/add-a-customer)
* [ ] Products added with a base price and marked Available — see [View and manage products](/supplier-guide/products/manage-products)
* [ ] Each customer assigned to a pricing group — a customer with none assigned can't order anything, see [Assign pricing to customers](/supplier-guide/pricing/assign-pricing-to-customers)

## Required where applicable

* [ ] Additional team members invited, with the correct role for each — see [Invite and manage team members](/supplier-guide/getting-started/invite-and-manage-team-members) (not required if you're the only person using FikaTrade)
* [ ] Xero connected, if you use Xero for invoicing (not required if you don't) — see [Connect FikaTrade to Xero](/supplier-guide/invoicing/connect-to-xero)
* [ ] Bank account details added for payouts, if you're collecting payment through FikaTrade

## Recommended before go-live

* [ ] Branding set up (logo and primary colour), so your customer-facing pages reflect your business
* [ ] A trial order placed with a test customer, so you can see the order and invoicing flow end to end before real customers start ordering
