# Delivery troubleshooting

> Common delivery configuration and run issues, and what to check.

## An order isn't showing up as eligible for a run

Check that the order's fulfilment method is Delivery, not Pickup — only Delivery orders are eligible. If you've selected a zone, also check the customer's delivery address postcode is actually in that zone, and that the customer has a postcode on file at all. Also check the order isn't already on another open run — an order can only be on one open run at a time.

## No orders are available for a chosen delivery date

The date may be set as a non-delivery date — check **Settings → Delivery → Non-delivery dates**. No orders are ever offered for a blocked date.

## I can't add or remove orders on a run

Once a run is **Completed**, its order list is locked — you can no longer add or remove orders. This isn't reversible; create a new run if you need to handle additional orders.

## I need to change a delivered order's status

Delivered and Failed are final in FikaTrade — neither can be changed back. If a status was recorded incorrectly, contact FikaTrade support.

## A customer says they can't see delivery details

That's expected for the detailed view — customers can see the delivery date, instructions and the delivery status badge on their order, but the full delivery record (recipient name, driver, notes) is only visible to your team.

## I can't find a delivery or fulfilment section beyond this

FikaTrade doesn't currently have picking, packing, backorder or substitution features — delivery runs and status recording are the full extent of what's available today.
