# Set up delivery zones, schedules and fees

> Configure where you deliver, your recurring delivery days, delivery fees, and dates you don't deliver.

Go to **Settings → Delivery** to configure zones, schedules, fees and non-delivery dates. Each is its own screen.

## Before you begin

All four screens require a **supplier administrator** account.

## Zones

Go to **Settings → Delivery → Zones**. A zone is a named group of postcodes.

1. Enter a **Zone name**.
2. Add postcodes using the postcode picker — you can select whole **States and Territories**, search and add all postcodes for a **Suburb**, or browse and select individual **Postcodes**.
3. A postcode already used by another zone can't be added again — zones can't share postcodes.
4. Toggle **Active** and save.

A customer's zone is determined by the postcode on their delivery address — not something you assign directly on the customer record.

## Schedules

Go to **Settings → Delivery → Schedules**. A schedule is a named set of recurring delivery days.

1. Enter a **Schedule name**.
2. Select the **Days** you deliver.
3. For each selected day, set a **Cutoff** time and a **Lead** time (how far ahead of delivery the cutoff applies — shown as "Same day", "1 day before", and so on).
4. Toggle **Active** and save.

## Fees

Go to **Settings → Delivery → Fees**. A fee applies to a zone, and optionally to one specific schedule within it.

1. Choose a **Zone**.
2. Choose a **Schedule**, or leave it set to **All schedules** to apply the fee across every schedule in that zone.
3. Enter a flat delivery fee amount, and optionally a **Free over amount** — orders above that amount aren't charged the fee.
4. Toggle **Active** and save.

## Non-delivery dates

Go to **Settings → Delivery → Non-delivery dates**. Use this to block a specific date from delivery entirely.

1. Choose a **Date**.
2. Optionally add a reason.
3. Save.

A non-delivery date is enforced, not just informational — no order can be added to a delivery run scheduled for that date, and a run can't be created for it either, since it would have no eligible orders.

## Deleting an entry

Any zone, schedule, fee or non-delivery date can be deleted from its own edit screen.
