# Browse products and prices

> How to find products and understand the prices shown to you.

The **Shop** is where you browse the products available to your business from a supplier.

## What you see

Products are grouped by category. Each product shows an image (if the supplier has added one), its code, name, a short description, its price, and a quantity control.

You can search by name or code, filter by category, and sort by name or code.

## Your prices

Prices shown to you are set by your supplier specifically for your business — other customers of the same supplier may see different prices. Prices are shown **excluding GST**.

## If a product doesn't show a price

If a product shows as "not available to order," it isn't currently priced for your account. This is set by your supplier — contact them if you expect to be able to order it.

## If you see no products at all

If your shop shows no products at all, your supplier hasn't yet made any priced products available to your account — contact them to get this set up.
