# Create or access your account

> How to get access to FikaTrade as a customer.

You can't sign up for FikaTrade as a customer yourself — access is by invitation from your supplier.

## Before you begin

You'll need the invitation email from your supplier.

## Accept your invitation

1. Open the invitation link your supplier sent you.
2. Verify your email, if prompted.
3. Set a password to finish creating your login.

Once that's done, you're signed in and taken straight to your supplier's shop — there's no separate setup step to complete first.

## Signing in later

FikaTrade has one login for everyone, whether you're a customer or a supplier — go to the FikaTrade login page and sign in with your email and password.

## If you land on a "FikaTrade is for suppliers" page

If you ever reach a sign-up screen that asks you to choose between "Supplier" and something like "Venue," and you're not setting up your own supplier business, don't select Supplier — that path is for wholesalers, not for businesses ordering from one. Selecting the other option there just signs you out; it doesn't create a customer account. The only way to get customer access is an invitation from your supplier.

## Common issues

* **Invitation link expired** — most invite pages offer a "Send a new invite email" option; if not, ask your supplier to resend it.
* **You already have a FikaTrade account** — sign in with your existing login rather than creating a new one; if you're not sure, use "Already have an account?" on the invite page.
