# Access a supplier

> How to reach the right supplier's ordering experience.

Each supplier you buy from has its own ordering experience within FikaTrade.

## Opening a supplier's ordering experience

You reach a supplier's shop through a specific link — usually the one you followed to accept your invitation, or one your supplier gives you directly. Once you're there, you'll see that supplier's own logo and branding.

## If you buy from more than one supplier

  There's currently no in-app list of the suppliers you buy from, and no way to switch between them from inside FikaTrade. Each supplier is its own separate link — keep a bookmark or the original invitation email for each one.

## If a supplier isn't accessible

If a link to a supplier's shop doesn't work, or you can't find your way back to it, contact that supplier directly — access to their ordering experience is something they control, not something you can set up yourself.
